on door way it's written that pt came yesterday for wet swab from vagina and today pt came for for result and it's diagnosed she got STDs? and diagnosis is written already. what should we tell the pt?
what is the D/D and investigations?

Yes. Also, counsel her about safe sex practices, assess her and her partner's risk for HIV (risk behavioura), H/O testing for HIV, H/O complaints for the problem, contraception if applicable, Relevant Menstrual and Obstetric history etc.
