Can we do an obervership from local medical centreor medical group?or should it be only a community/teaching hospital.is LOR from any US doctor the same?
is research better or observership better?please could u aonswer this...

For residency, observership is better than research. But it's still not mandatory......

but for fellowship??i mean i want to do a fellowship after my residency.so i cabt do both research and observership now.so do u think if i just do observership than its ok?

Still not mandatory. Prior to fellowship, you will have to complete your residency. During your residency is the time to get your research completed.
