i would do the nbme exam now. Then I would correlate that with whatever i was weak in uw (so far) and concentrate on that subject for about two- three days. Do the crush and uworld questions on your weakest subject, and then go to your second weakest, etc.. Remember, the most important thing towards the end is to get enough sleep; and as long as you are learning material you didn't know or forgot it doesn't make any difference.
