I would just talk my exam briefly, because I don't feel strong to talk a lot. Also, there is a funny feeling hovering on my mind, I may do very bad. How will I say that? Because I don't see the exam is as tough as many people said. But I know it may be opposite. Usually the more you learn, the deeper you will think, then you will think it is tough. As far as I am concerned, I am so lower than average. NBME is only 420 17 days ago. Now you can see where my funny feeling comes: my expectation is low.
Still there are some true useful information for you guys. I got at least 10 tough anatomy qs, not covered by FA and Qbank. You seem to know every muscle on the limbs, and blood supply. They tested more than 5 qs on lower limb. My god, everybody is learning branchial plexus so well, that is why they transfer them to lower limb. you need to know the origin and end of every muscle, and how they contract after bone fracture. Nerve for musles on the thigh.
Molecular is really tough. the qs for them are very long. They described some complicate experiments to you, you need to know the possible result. No idea how to prepare. there are around 10 of them.
Then maybe the most important information I got for you is Qbank. They are too valuable, no matter how much you stress it. At least 20 questions are similar to them in qbank. So crack qbank like crazy. Don't do them earlier, do them in last month. Then focus on it. I am still regretting I didn't pay enough attention to it. At least I missed 5 questions since I didn't learn qbank thoroughly. I wish I could spend one more week on it.
On this forum, we oftern see some super guys. I don't think their experience can apply to everyone. If you work while you studying and you have a family, it is impossible for you to do so much stuff. If your goal is not 99%. You only need to focus on Knotes, qbank and FA. No more other stuffs. That's my lesson. I was distracted so much by too many advice from super guys, and wasted my limitted time that's supposed to be on the above 3 stuffs I mentioned. I am regretting badly now.
Just stop here, hope average guys don't make the same mistake as me.

hi daner90007 thanx for sharing your experience with such honesty . I hope every thing goes as u wish . god has a plan for everybody so relax and hope for the best bec u already did your part and just look for the next step . cheer up U ARE ON YOUR WAY TO THE NEXT STEP .
