Just a little add on;
present in condylomata accuminata due to HPV 6 OR 11
not in condylomata lata which if found in 2ry syphilis

Just to add HPV 16&18 are associated with cervical intraepithelial carcinoma.
As far as the big "C" word proteins of oncogenic HPVs, E6&E7 inactivate
tumor suppressor functions of p53 and p110-Rb respectively. :idea:
