Found out today using the TRICK process that i flunked STEP 1, i did follow entire KAPLAN Step 1 schedule and also scored 63% on there simulated exam. i went through first aid books before i appeared for the exam. I just need some input what i need to do now, just relying on KAPLAN is it a right option? do i have to look at certain books for extra material. any input is appreciated, as i will use your input to ffind what the best course of action i should take.

SHASI Since I too am in the same boat not once but twice here are my thoughts. Whatever you were doing did not work, so you must modify your study plans & materials. Perhaps you need to leave Kaplan & try a different source for your primary reference materials. You might want to go to PASS or Youel's. Kaplan is good stuff, but sometimes too much. Get First Aid, All of Goljan's stuff & do a boatload of questions by any source. Good luck George

Going by ECFMG's evaluation work hard on you top 4 or 5 weaknesses , but not ignoring your strengths.
