A tall,slim 19yr old women has never menstruated.External physical examination reveal normal breast development & bilateral inguinal masses...No barr bodies in buccal smear....What is the diagnosis???
a)Turner syndrome
b)Testiculat feminization
c)Klinfelter syndrome
d)Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
e)Down syndrome

Klinefelter is XXY so you should see Barr bodies. What do you mean by woman in this context though?

Is it b) Testicular feminization?

It is the feminization of male body.........while testicles appear as inguinal masses.............due to androgen insensitivity....... smiling face
