if lession of accessory nerve in post triangle result in paralysis and wasting of trapezius..if lession in jugular foramen sternocleidomeastoid will also affect...can anybody give me the reason?

but why only trapezius affected if leasion is in jugular foramen but not sternocleidomastoid...while lession in post triangle both the muscles affect..

ok I got the reason by myself...bcause by passing jugular foramen CN XI innervates sterno mastoid...thats why this muscle do not be affect while lession in pose triangle
