hi everyone!! any idea about economy lodging in any of five CS places (chicago, LA, houston, philadel, atlanta)?? i don't have anybody in the states to stay with. anybody knows lodging in hostels/domitory since i'm intending to stay for 6 months till marching comes in march. i'm doing CS in 20th july. would v. much appreciate yr reply.

hacienda hotel in LA. 5 minutes walk from center and not a bad price.

Hotel Sheraton in Philadelphia is 2 mins walk from the centre and they offer a discount for the examinees.for one night I think it comes out to be about $100

In Philadelphia, Hotel sheraton is one option as suggested by ria. Another cheaper option is Hotel Divine Tracy which is also 2 min walk from center. 1 night stay is approx 50$, and for 1 week, its around 100$. only thing is that they have some rules like no food in rooms( u can take fruits, cookies, etc.) and no guests in rooms. For other deals u can check on hotels.com good luck!
