b/c IgM is the first Ab response against any type of immune reaction.......
IgG2 has effect against capsulated organisms but without effect of IgM memmory cells are not formed...........So in wiskott's Aldrich syndrome there is defect in IgM against capsulated organisms...while IgG & A are normal.
I think this is sufficient.....
Think for any type of immune reacyion......IgM
Eg: Type I hypersenstivity reaction first Ab reaction is due to IgM not due to IgE.... 8)
In addition After splenectomy risk for caspulated organism infection is raised....Ithink it is due to IgG2..... smiling face
