If you do intense study for all 22 days then it would be enuf. It also depends upon an individual itself, like your english, your way of handling pt, previous experience etc etc.

I had 40 days for my CS prep, i studied for a total of 30 or less days, and it was enuf.

Those 5 days of kaplan might be equal to 10 or 15 days of self study. it will help.

I think 22 would be enuf. Revise uw many times and practice many times a day! Practice is the most imp part of your prep.

If you feel 22 days are not enuf for you, you can reschedule.

I did it in a week. Don't stress too much about this test. Just get a good review book like Kaplan or First Aid and learn how US docs treat their patients. The actual medicine skills are not that important. Just know what commone questions to ask in a history and how to perform basic clinical tests. Nothing to extravagent here. Remember, clinical skills are not the strong point of the US medical education system.
