Hi all,
I live in Austin, TX.
I plan to take:
STEP 1------- :arrow: Oct, 2005
STEP 2 CK--- :arrow: Apr 2006
STEP 2 CS--- :arrow: July 2006
Any one with same schadule I will be more than happy to study with.
I have just started to study the KAPLAN lecture notes by my self and I will attend the KAPLAN center from the JUNE 1st (beaucse I'm working in the morning to save some money).
I'm using
:arrow: KAPLAN Lecture notes
:arrow: First Aid 2005
I will use
:arrow: KAPLAN Center prep combo
:arrow: KAPLAN Qbank (3 months)

the same shedule as u have

i have started to study pharma as its my weak subject

OK, Here is what I have already done so far and what I'm planning to do.
I have started the Anatomy few days ago then I will start my next book on April 1st. I think it's a good idea that we start the next book together so we can talk about it more.
I read the Biochemistry before, and now I'm reading the Anatomy. let me know what books have you read before so we can start our study group on APRIL 1st.
What do you think?
As I said, I'm working in the mornings so I study in the afternoons and my plan is to start my Kaplan course on June 1st.
I'm going to attend the Kaplan center prep combo (not a Live lecture).
Because they don't have a live lecture here in austin.
So if you are going to join the live lecture you have make sure that they have the Live lecture course in your city or may be you are moving to another city to join the live lecture?
We will talk and plan our program with email. Or if you like we can create a topic on this forum and start posting our information in there. Just et me know what is best fit for you, and I will do that.

i am also planning for step 1 around oct-nov 2005.i am planning to join kaplan course in june time,maybe live prep/extended prep.i am an Img too.i have done some part of physiology and immunology.i am using kaplan notes and few others for reference only.hopefully we can all form a study group.

Hi ...i am too planning for step one in sept - oct...wana join u ppl ...I am also an img...using Kaplan lecture notes and FA ..some BRS material just for reference....
what I did so far is....some micro(bacteriology)
some pharma...cardio vascular and ANS
some Anatomy lower limb, some upper limb neuroanatomy ,embryology
Biochem I just start with fat metabolism...
But I am not sure and confident for my atudies so far...kindly include me in ur group discussion...

Here is the deal
We will start studying for Microbiology from April 1st. 20 pages a day.
Every day at 9:00 PM Central Time, we will connect to Yahoo! messenger and we will discuss the day materials together. We can use Type chat or even voice chat. Some of us will ask questions and others will answer. So we will review our subjects together.
If you agree please email me your Yahoo ID (if you don't have one, you can create one for free, or if you don't like to send me you personal ID you can create another ID only for our studying program). I will Add all of you to my messenger exactly at 8:30 PM central time so you have time to add me to yours. Then I will invite all to a online conference so every one will see others ID and can add others ID to their Yahoo Messenger List.
I was trying to post this information last night but the forum had a problem and it was out of service for few hours.
Any comments, please let me know as soon as possible.

i think this is going no where
every1 shud take the time seriously
as i too work in the morning i just cant wait sitting on the net all the time
i dont know how far u people have done but i m doing my 20 pages regularly
or there is another suggestion select a day in the week when v cud disscuss what v have done the whole week .......
