I saw many posts whose final score is highly correlated to their nbme score they did one month before exam, even if they studied much harder in the last month. But at the end their second score of nbme and real test score don't seem to improve significantly after the last month preparation.

That made me so nervous. Who can show me some exception for my observation? Has anybody improved more than 10% in the last month?

The more u study the more you learn. obviously you should improve your score.

i think i disproved your theory. funny thing is that i saw your post before i took nbme 2 this morning.... check out my journal in the prep journals.

dude, everyone is anxious. no one is going through this loving life, but all u have to do is just let the anxiety and crappy feelings force you to study. keep doing it and hope for the best and u should improve.... now we'll see how my NBME correlates to my real exam. hopefully it does, otherwise im screwed!!

Thank u, pray4med. Your advice is encouraging.

Actually i have the similar situation as you. My first nbme is 420. Now i am going to take the second to see if it hit the score as high as yours. By the way I think we may have the same test date, 3/31. Is it right?

You will get higher than 90% in real exam. I am pretty sure. Good luck.

thanks, i hope i do well. i just have to keep studying. so far, the nbme has shown improvement. so lets see how the exam turns out.

youre gonna do fine, just study as much as u can, and dont worry too much about how u feel inside. thats wasted energy. probably where i messed up was submitting too much to my lazy/slacker side and not staying in the crappy mood and studying. but i will now. whatever u study and learn somehow correlates to improvement. dont ask me how, but it has atleast on this nbme for me. so im sure it will for u too. hopefully we'll both be happy with our scores. ill pray for you....

good luck and pray for me!
