hi, i'd like 2 get a research job after i finish my internship this year

how do i go about doing that?

can i get my name enlisted in some researches through the net?

I too once upon a time had interest in a research career,applied for a job, but needed referees, had them, wrote my CV, got short listed... went for job interview...Must have been because they knew where i was coming from..and it was a centre in my home country. Someone i know applied to CDC/colorado and got accepted, but thats because he had been working in a research based centre in his country which was known to the CDC.
Have you tried research centres in your country?? It would be alot easier to begin from there, maybe with that background,you may be able to try outside your country.I imagine the competition is enormous,and they need people with that X factor...
As for applying over the net....:roll: ...Not sure,especially if you want want to work at a reputable place outside your country?? If you are applying to a place within your country you have better chances of getting accepted.
( i applied right after my internship. I opted for out because i realized id rather do clinical practice...)
Bottom line... you can never know until youve tried...

i'm a US citizen livin in a foreign country, i dont hav any clue of goin about to gettin research jobz....

Sorry, but I really don't know because I don't work with the research department - and don't know anyone who is in the dept to ask.
