Many cells characterize chronic inflammatory infiltrates. Plasma cells exist there, but of the options you gave, the best possible answer is giant cells. BTW, instead of "Q" in the topic, can you please put something different? Something that drags the attention of the visitors? It is rather unfriendly if the only topics displayed are endless rows with "Q".
