hi everyone....
feeling very worried. i took my exam in LA last week and although prepared well i felt i could have done better. the first few cases i was so nervous that i did a very brief exam. i do feel, however, that my history was pretty thorough and my patient note was decent.
any thoughts? its going to be a long wait for results.
by the way how long are they taking to report the results now?

this history checklist has 16-18 items on it, while the physical examination checlist has only 6-8 items on it. So I think you did it the way you were supposed to.

Just curious, adeelmd......How did you get that bit of info? I have concerns similar to docsk and took my exam in LA 2 weeks ago.

thank you for the reply. much appreciated. i have been kinda upset that i could have,should have done many more things.
just pray i guess now.
any idea how long the results are taking now to post?

well, USMLE states that they take between 6-8 weeks but I can tell you that a friend of mine took his on Jan 15 and he received his score exactly 8 weeks to the date.

does the history checklist also include introduction/transtional statements/playing gooody gooody etc??? :roll:
