hey anyone can tell me what shadowing is and will it be counted as clinical experience ....besides its really not a great hospital in the sense that it does not have any residency programs in it..the only reason i inquired was it was close to home ...so what to do

Shadowing is not considered clinical experience. And it's technically against the law because you are a non-employee looking at medical records. :cry:
