Bilateral destruction of the superior bank of calcarine sulcus e. none of above 1. Complete blindness 2. Complete contralateral homonymous hemianopia without macular sparing 3. Blindness in the inferior half of visual field of both eyes 4. Contralateral superior homonymous quadrantanopia

4. Contralateral superior homonymous quadrantanopia - a(destruction of meyer's loop) 1. Complete blindness b. Bilateral destruction of occipital lobe d. Bilateral destruction of the superior bank of calcarine sulcus(cuneus) - 3. Blindness in the inferior half of visual field of both eyes 2. Complete contralateral homonymous hemianopia without macular sparing e. none of above 1-b 2-e 3-d 4-a In addition c: it wud be contralateral homonymous hemianopsia with macular sparing ;macula is represented byt the most posterior part of the occipirtal lobe therefore it is usually spared....!

you are right of 3, but in the 2 -c is the anwser in this q I have no explanation, sorry, any one can explain
