Ans (D) Inositol 1,4,5 triphosphate Agree with mjl 1717. IP3 induces release of Ca from sarcoplasmic reticulum. This Ca along with DAG activates protien kinase C.

It is IP3 who stimulates Ca release from endoplasmic reticulum. The calcium released will help in the reaction from Diaglycerol to increase protein kinase C
