Is step 1 and 2 enough to apply for california status letter coz i'm giving my step cs some time in june or july...can i apply for d cali letter as early as now?

Hello All, I would greatly appreciate if I could get the replies for the following questions regarding CA Letter: (1.) REGARDING THE CLINICAL CLERKSHIPS: One of The CA Board reps in her e-mail had mentioned that I need 4weeks of Family Medicine. and 4weeks of Psychiatry.But we don't have a separate subject called Family Medicine in India.So what to do ? Also we do 2 weeks in Psychiatry instead of 4 weeks.How to solve these problems ? Is it ok if I attend extra 2weeks of Psychiatry Observership in my Medical School back in Mumbai to make it 4 weeks of Psychiatry ? (2.) Also in the e-mail I was told that I need 40 weeks of clinical electives in any sub-speciality of medicine or surgery. What does that exactly mean ? Can you please elaborate further. (3.) The e-mail also mentioned That “I need to take the fingerprint cards to my local police department or sherrifs office to have my prints rolled .The prints must be done by a peace officer.”MY QUESTION IS WHAT DOES A PEACE OFFICER MEAN ? (4.) I would like to send the Original Medical School Transcript and The Original Medical Diploma. Is it O.K. if these are laminated ? How soon would I get them back ? (5.) Can I send The Clinical Clerkship Certificate To Cali Medical Board or This must be sent by the Medical School directly ? (6.) My name in my Medical School Record is my Maiden Name. After my marriage my name has changed. Will that be a problem ? (7.) The forms in the application Packet which do not apply to me currently, what should I do about them ? Eg:L3A, L4, L6 and L8.Should I just mention Not/ Applicable or should I exclude them from the packet I would be sending you ? (8.) Do you need all the Documents mentioned in the Application Packet together or I can send some of them later. For eg:- I am still waiting my STEP 2 (CS) results. I was advised by the FSMB people to request EBHAR Profile for my FSMB Transcript once my result is out. So can I send this a little later ? (9.) Once I get My ECFMG CERTIFICATE; do I send this to CA Med Board or it needs to be send directly from The ECFMG ? (10.) Do I still send: Pre-professional, Postsecondary Instructions Received and License to practice Medicine in other country ? (11.) I as of now do not have a U.S. Social Security Number. Will that be a problem ? (12.) In The Certificate of Medical Education; I was granted The Degree Bachlor/Doctor of Medicine by the University of Mumbai(Bombay) and not by The Medical School. In our case The Degree is given by the University not the Medical School .So what should I do about this ? (13.)Is it ok to use the forms which are currently available for downloading at CA Med Board Website ?I worry that If I use these now and send my Application Packet by May End,do I need to resend it again when the new form comes out in June2005 ?? (14.) To secure a Residency in California latest when can I appear for STEP 3 in order to fulfill visa (H1B) requirement for CA Programs ? Please Help. Thank You.
