Hi,
I am relieved that I passed but at the same time I am really worried about my score - 192/79 .Can i get into a paediatric residency with this pretty low score ?

There is no point worrying over the score now.
Congrates on passing!
You can't do anything about changing it now, but you can do other things that could make diffirence on your application! Work on those things and stop worrying or whining over your score.
It's fine, nice to be able to pass!
Be happy that you able to pass USMLE, now just improve your CV by doing other things!
You will get a position if you start working on improving your CV, but not just worrying over your score!
Don't waste your time and energy thinking about your score now! get up and do something about to cover it up!
