In contrast to glyclysis, which is regulated primarily by phosphofructokinase, the TCAcycle is controlled by regulation of several enzyme activities. The most important of these regulated enzymes are citrate synthase, isocitrate dehydrogenase, and alfa ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex. :roll:
