The PDA supplies the inferior wall of LV, ventricular septum, and the posteromedial papillary muscle.

The artery that supplies the Posterior Descending Artery and the Posterolateral Artery (PLA) detereemines the coronary dominance. If the RCA supplies both these arteries (85%), the circulation can be classified as "right-dominant". If the LCX supplies both these arteries, the circulation can be classified as "left-dominant". If the RCA supplies the PDA and the LCX supplies the PLA, the circulation is known as "co-dominant".

The structure derived from rathke cleft(pouch) is Pituatary Gland..
Tumor of this compress Optic chaisma....compression of O.chaisma produce bitemporal feild loss..... 8)
Is Rathke's cleft....Rathke's pouch???
Macular sparing occur if lesion involve corona radiata or above it.....cortex..

Number 8

Drawing all numbers on right side of clock means he is ignoring his left. Right parietal lobe responsible for left sided neglect (contralateral).
