I am appearing for my Step 2 on the 31st of March and I am facing the exam jitters. I believe I have studied well but still sometimes it is like I am just stumped and worried.Right now I am in considerable distress since doubts keep croppin up  .....
my confidence seems to be goin down and down *sigh*
I have done the Kaplan Books,Blueprints,CMDT [some topics],Qbook,NMS [CD],first aid,some of the Kaplan lectures.
Could some of the more active members of this group please help me regarding some of my doubts.
1.) How tough is the exam as compared to the NBME cd..I was pretty comfortable with the cd but some of the posts here claim that the actual questions are pretty long...
What I am interested in knowing is whether the difficulty level [leaving aside the length factor] is high?
2.) Are Questions based on images too numerous or too tough? Any hints on the same?
3.) Any other suggestions?
I have restricted net acess..
It would be a big help if you could mail me your responses friends.
I promise to post my experience [and later my score ]..

Here we go!
Mine will be on 28th of March.
I will tell you relax even i know you won't listen to me, it's allmost impossible to relax before these kind of tests. But hey try it.
Moderate anxiety is good it makes you get going but too much is BAD, it might harm you.
So first thing is try to relax and tell you self that you did most of your studies allready and these last weeks is just for tigh them up. Not collect information.
Since i haven't take the test before i can't tell you anything about it, all i can say is pray and do your best!
Have you take NBME yet? If haven't take it. I will take them in couple of days.
Also what is your practive test scores? If they are reasonable you should not be too nervous and anxious.
I myself here getting nervous at times, but i am able to blow it out.
Let's keep in touch till our tests, and see how we do.

GOOD LUCK GUYS DONT WORRY ABOUT THIS EXAM TOO MUCH. NO MATTER WHAT U STUDY THER GONNA BE SOME QS WHICH ONLY GOD CAN ANSWER :wink: MY CK RESULT WILL COME THIS WEEK LETS SEE ...WHAT HAPPENS.. BEST THING TO CRACK THESE F*********** EXAMS IS RELAX AND FOCUS DONT WASTE UR BATTERY AS HEAT ENERGY .USE AS KINETIC ENERGY... IF STILLL U CANT RELAX... I WD SAY GO TO A STRIP CLUB , IF U DONT MIND :wink: AND HAVE A NICE TIME . THATS WHAT I DID
