a)Mycotic aneurysm (due to bacterial) & Berry aneurysm (Familial)

b)Polyarteritis nodosa (Unknown if you are talking about classic) & Henoch-Schonlein purpura (Immune complex mediated)

c)Kaposi's sarcoma(kaposi's sarcoma - assocaited virus) & Bacillary angiomatosis (Oppurtunistic infection)

d)Kawasaki's disease(Direct anti body attack mediated) & cavernous hemangioma (Tumourous condition)

e)Pyogenic granuloma(Tumour - Lobular cappilary hemangioma) and Capillary hemangioma (Tumour)

It is B both has immunologic etiology

Pyogenic granuloma is reactive tumor like growth developping after trauma

E can hv different etiologies, tumor , trauma
