patient has decreased circulation to the lower limbs and pain radiating down the back of the lower limbs. Can you tell the most common site for this lesion :?:

Could be some space occuping lesion in the pelvic which compresses both external iliac artery and the sciatic nerve.
am i right?

Maybe an Aortic Aneurysm just above the iliac artery origin?

you are wright it is aneurysm, but give me the most common site for this lesion - according this patient

Yes <:flag:> The most common site for an ABDOMINAL aneurism is in the area between the renal arteries and the bifurcation of the abdominal aorta, good job Dan grin/
