Hi pals...
What effect does the decrease in the enzyme concentration to half have on V max, Km and how will the plot shape be?
and can anybody illustrate the meaning of allosteric

1)The initial velocity Vo(which is what is measured ) is reduced to one half the original.
2)Km stays the sme
3)hyperbolic
4)If you hear the word alosteric think of an enzyme binds to a site other then the active site
