The thing that has me the most worried would be having to make an entire neuro exam, that would eat up a lot of time, especially since you have to explain every test. Anyone have any input on this? Do you have to a lot of neurological exams, or can you get by using the most common ones that only take a few minutes? Thanks.

you are right to be worried about neuro exam. Several of my cases required me to do it and it does take an enormous amount of time. The only think I can say, is try and fly through it. Don't be too thorough about how you do it, just make sure it looks like you are doing it properly. I don't think any of my neuro pts had any positive findings, but you never know. Those things would be easy to fake if they wanted to. Actually, I think one of them did have exagerated reflexes on one side. Anyway, just rush through it. It will be obvious if there is a sign for you to find. I personally didn't explain every test, other than to say something genereic in the begining. "Now I am going to examine your nervous sysyem." Of course, you do have to give good instructions as to how to do most of the exam points.
