yes it does, because of decreased FRC...i just read this in kaplan i believe, i cant find the page number, but as soon as i find it ill let u know wht page its on...but the reason is as stated above...Dec FRC (the uterus pushes up on the diaphram, therefore less air left in the lung after expiration)
