there are three I know of Kaplan, passcsa, and schwartz.... anyone with any experience in these??? Also, some feeback on books would also be appreciated. I have been reading your posts, but it is very conflicting information... (some say read kaplan, some say first aid, then there is usmleworld..... etc. etc...)... anyways.. thanks everyone.

adeelmd, UW is highly recommended. It has many important things that would help you preparing for CS. UW is must! Now for Pt notes, uw is not sufficient for it ( in my opinion) for writing pt notes you should have one book. I havent seen all those books that you have mentioned except the kaplans cs book. I used Kaplans book, and i like it. so if you use uw + any book for pt notes (kaplan or any other) it will be sufficient for your prep. Best of luck! Sar.
