I don't know what to do for chest and heart examination in a female patient.
Shall I expose the front of the chest completely?
Is that it ok?

tell the SP what you are going to do, and then ask her if you can untie her gown. Then lower the gown exposing her chest, but do not take off the bra. You should ask the SP to lift her right breast to check for the PMI (apex). You must auscultate directly on the skin (or bra). Do not attempt to auscultate through the gown!
