before physical examination we have to wash the hands.
what about tap water we have to leave as it is running or we have close it with paper?
pls reply me.

Just do your usual hand wash with soap, there is no technique.
Remember to ask questions if you still have them during your hand wash. Dry your hands, and warm your hand by rubbing it to each other before touching the pts.
