A 55-year old white male, non-smoker, non-alcoholic presents with low-grade fever, malaise, anorexia and weight loss of 15 lbs over the last 3 months. Past history significant for adult onset asthma and colitis. He takes Zafirlukast for asthma. Mother died of colon cancer at age 70. Examination reveals bibasilar rales and sensory loss in left lower leg. Labs: Hct 32%, peripheral smear shows eosinophilia. What is the likely diagnosis?

(CLUE: Leukotriene Antagonists are known to cause the condition)

a) Chronic Eosinophilic Pneumonia
