Hii all
Can anyone plz. answer my query.....What is form 344 or 345? It says in the CS application that u have to submit these teo forms along with the certification statement. If we have already submitted all the documents do we still have to send the form 344 and 345 along with our CS appl. I am applying for the second time for CS, flunked before. Just got the result a month back. Have to apply ASAP....plz. reply soon.

i had the same problem... I called ecfmg and they said i didn't have to send in anything (just 183).... but my best advice to you would be to call ecfmg dirctly and make sure of what you have to do (every case is differnt) it takes about 30 minutes of waiting.. but it's best to be sure.
