A 35 yr old woman who takes street drugs I/V developes fever, cough. X ray shows bilateral infiltrate. Echo cardiogram shows 1 cm lesion attached to the tricuspid valve. Blood culture grows yeast. Most likely cause is



a) Aspergillus
b) Cadida
c) Cryptococus
d) Histoplasma
e) Mucor species
