then just give Epi

i think high dose steroids ( nessiriae meningitis complication adrenal hemorrhage)

I think you are right. We cannot give IV fluids in a pt with meningitis and hedache.He might develop raised intracranial tension. The best choice is to give steroids for adrenal hemorrhage.
