I forgot this q, i don't have the answer, but i share the same idea with you A 55 year old male is diagnosed with a non-small cell lung cancer and is given a chemotherapy regimen with multiple drugs. He has an initial response to the chemotherapy, with a decrease in size of the tumor. However, a year later the mass is increasing in size, and mediastinal lymph nodes appear enlarged on chest CT scan. A different chemotherapy regimen is employed, but has no effect. Which of the following mechanisms best explains these events: A) A sarcoma has arisen from the neoplastic cells B) The neoplastic cells have become well-differentiated C) P-glycoprotein levels have become elevated in the neoplastic cells D) There is viral binding of p53 protein in the neoplastic cells E) Telomerase activity is absent in the neoplastic cells In this Q, the answer is C
