i finished step one recently.. i am an IMG.. from the caribbean..
i got 203/83...
i am depressed about this score.
i wished for atleast above 85.
i have to start prep for step 2..
what is my luck in surgery or radiology.
will i get thro..
i have no visa problems and a lot of people say that matters.. will it help..
what are my chances of a good residency and please advise how i should begin studying for step 2..

Of course, nothing's impossible, but matching in rads as an IMG without a 99 on step 1 is pretty darn close. Surgery shouldn't be out of your reach if you are otherwise a competitive candidate.
