Hello Everyone,
I have the Goljan audio however I would like to know if I have the complete version. In day 5, I only have 6 hours of lecture and only one hour of female pathology. The female path starts out with him talking about Hirsutism. The last audio file I have ends with him talking about Alzheimer's, and to diagnose it you need to do an autopsy. That lecture is only 41 minutes long. Is there more to that hour? Is there more to day 5?
