This is how fellows work:
A buffalo was presented to a Med student, a resident doc and a fellow and were asked to identify.
Med Stud: This is buffalo
Resi: It has got 4 legs, 2 horns and a long tail. So it is a buffalo or a black cow
Fellow: This is either a hypertrophied goat or a hypotrophied elephant but possibilities of buffalo can not be ruled out ..!
