when to do eye exam screening and hearing test in a kid?

initial hearing screen done at birth
then the eyes are screened any time after 5y/o (i think) and then they also get it when they go to school
hearing is screened if any language problem by 24mo's, otherwise don't screen unless a problem

Vision screening starts when the child is 3yo . I f there is a family h/o retinoblastoma , early glaucoma or other severe vision problems screening starts earlier .

Hearing screening starts at 4yrs. for sure.
