Hi Guys
I am in the same boat and was wondering if anyone was able to convience the board even in TX or Arizona.
I was also wondering if someone gives a Step 3 in CA then will it be eligible in another state or will the Board accept it.
Any help or thoughts will be appreciated.

So what do you think is a very reasonable petition for reconsideration. The USMLE is recommending that all state follow the 7 year period. If I get into a residency training and passed the Step 3. How could it affect me after? Quite conflicting. I'm ECFMG certified and planning to take the exams from the states that doesn't have the 7 year limit period like Nebraska, Delaware, Nevada California so if I passed ,I'm I subjected tothe rule of 7 year before permanent licensure?

Has anyone else had any experience with this? What if you do not have plans to practice in your own state and will practice in ny or ca - do you first need to get licensed in the state where you did your residency, or can you just apply for a full license in NY or CA?
