I'm using the 2002 7 volume set to study for my exam in 5 weeks. I flipped thru my friends 2004 set and compared it to mine. There isn't much of a difference, maybe an extra paragraph or chart every 30-40 pages. The immuno section in 2004 is layed out differently, there's a new appendix at the end up the book that isn't in my 2002 set. And I think there's an extra chapter on vaccines and how micro organisms evade the immune system. Oh well whatevers...I'll take the hit on those sections, there so much material to cover at this point I don't even care if there's a slight difference. But just to let you know, I Don't think there was really any difference with the other books. I was actually tripping about this problem a few weeks ago but now my fears have subsided. The 2002 set is solid. Besides, if you can memorize everything in those kaplan notes, you should be able ace any exam.
