a 40 year old afroamerican man, comes to ed complaining of shortness of breath with exertion, physicial examination is unremarkable. Chest xray shows marked hilar and peritracheal adenopahty, you thinks patients has sarcoidosis. After admitting the patient additional findings that would be more suggestive of this condition are a. 15 lb weight loss and night sweats b. Nonspecific granuloma found on liver biopsy c. Pain , redness, photophobia and decreased vision of right eye with papillary miosis and injection of conjectiva d. Papilledema e. Serum calcium level of 6.0mg/dl
