Hi guys,
I need some help, I already saw 2 different questions about the initial approach in a kid who is having an anaphylatic reaction due to the administration of penicillin... I both cases the kid was having trouble to breath. In the first case, the correct answer was to protect air way, perform intubation... However, in the other case, the first procedure was to give epinephrine to the kid...
So, now, I am confuse, which is the first approach? the regular abc stuff or epinephrine?
Thanks
Heloisa
