Patient come in complained of Amenorrhea, but B-HCG is negative. There is no secondary characteristics. What is your next step of management ?

what do u mean by no secondary characterisitic here , is she a girl complaining of 1ry amenorrhea and lack of 2ry sexual characters or a woman complaining of 2ry amnorrhea , so that u suspected pregnancy and did the B-HCG?!
