32 y/o G2P2 obese african american female presents to your office after reading an article about advantages and disadvantages of OCP. She is know hypertensive for the past 10 years for which is taking atenolol 25mg daily. Her family hx is not significant except for DM and ovarian cancer. She denies any other medical problems. She wants her IUD to be removed and placed on OCP because she states that IUD is causing her pelvic pain. If she starts taking OCP, which of the following statement is most correct ? A. she is at risk of endometrial cancer B. Her hypertension will worsen C. She will develop benign breast disease D. She will become diabetic E. She is at risk of ovarian cancer

D. She will become diabetic it should have be "may" rather then "will" :?: as new prepration with low estrogen level had minimal or no effect on BP
