Hi Snoopy..as an IMG, ecfmg is the only organization u have to contact for the USMLE
u have 3 options to register for the exam...First, u can visit ECFMG web site, that is www.ecfmg.org and apply online and this is the easiest way, but u will need a credit card...second option, u can go to Amideast centre and they will do every thing for u there (application, payement, etc...) but this will be for a fee that I donot know, however, i donot think it will be alot!!...Third option, u can get the ecfmg or the USMLE bulletin from Amideast too (it is a small booklet that contain information about the exam and application material) and use the included application material to apply via mail, but I donot advice u with this option as it takes long time...
About the TOEFL...the toefl scores are valid only for 2 years, so make sure u take it after u take other exams (step1 and step 2 and CS)so the scores will not expire and u will have to take it again...
About the Visa...Take Step 1 and step 2ck first then start thinking about the visa...study hard and pass the exams, WE BA3DIIN YE7LAHA EL7ALAL

as u r doctor i think u studied in english so just practise more english with ur mates forigners try courses (british council) & watch a lot of american movies :lol: but don read the translation lool this way until u finish studying for the steps i think ur english would be better

The best way is to practice English with native speakers..and as u cannot go abroad, so try the chat rooms!!
