Hi guys, i am perparing for my step 2. just passed my step 1. my preparation is on and off, breaks caz of mood swings, depression etc. i am planning to take my step 2 sometime in may.

what i found helpful for my step 1 prep is a support group on this forum. couple of us used to set up timings and meet online in the mornings. just to motivate each other for the day. this really helped me to regulate my timings. caz of the exam stress i had insomnia for a long time and used to just lie on the bed, tossing and turning not able to neither sleep nor read. next morning, i used to feel groggy and therefore lie in bed till noon and half my day was gone. i used to feel frustrated and angry at myself and inspite of my efforts i got caught in the viscious cycle and the cycle continued.

later thanks to the forum, i met people who were in the same predicament that i was, and we made a schedule, get up at 6am. meet online and wish each other luck for the day and continue with our preparation. i guess its just the feeling that i am not alone in this, kept me pushing harder towards my goal.
