i m not totally sure bout this guys but goljan said something like u can get meningococci anywhere from 3-20 years esp now since the H.influenza vaccine is available

18 yrs seems to be a better choice...snce it causes outbreaks .......eg:college styudent living in dormitories,or military camps etc.
